How do milestone payments and approvals work?
Upon contract signing, a 50% advance invoice is issued. The remaining balance is split across milestone deliverables (e.g. Design & Architecture approval, Staging verification). Clients inspect deliverables in the Client Portal and approve milestones with 1 click before funds are released.
What happens if our team requests extra features mid-sprint?
Our AI Scope Creep Detector analyzes incoming requests against the approved SOW. If a feature falls outside scope, a transparent Change Request is generated displaying exact additional engineering hours and cost for approval before any work begins.
Do we own the full source code and intellectual property?
Yes. Full IP ownership and GitHub repository transfer occurs upon final milestone completion. We do not retain proprietary lock-in or licensing fees.
